Current- Maintaining applicant pipelines, including interview tracking, and hiring manager feedback, with applicant tracking software.- Utilized LinkedIn recruiter to identify Software Engineers, Software Developers, Project Managers, etc.- Assisting candidates throughout the hiring process by conducting preliminary phone interviews, providing ongoing communication, and verbally extending offers to applicants.- Participated in and helped design roadmaps for IT internal organizations to promote and develop staff.- Participate in the DEI hiring panel committee, where we discuss all interviews throughout the week to help improve eliminate unconscious bias.
