• Managed the Deere Hitachi quality department• Worked directly with North American and Asian suppliers to resolve manufacturing issuesand material non-conformances• Arranged and participated in field visits with customers to gain first-hand input aboutthe perceived quality of their machines• Helped develop and maintain quality processes that promoted continuous improvement• Created and conducted various quality process training modules• Led the DHSP quality improvement team to address field, warranty and line-side issues
