• Overseeing small to large web design and development projects from conception to code: including research, thumbnails, wireframes, sitemaps, mock-ups & design (using Adobe Illustrator), prototyping, and hand coding HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery & Cold Fusion• Oversaw, researched, designed, and coded Fat Brain Toys and Fat Brain Toy Co. responsive mobile friendly eccomerce sites using the Bootstrap 3 framework which included: homepage, supporting pages, landing-pages, product listings, product pages, shopping cart, site components, carousels, sliders, buttons, modals, forms, maps, etc. Created mobile friendly, consumer-centric website. Worked closely with Google team and Marketing Leaders for best UI/UX practices and optimization• Developed and used style guides and brand standards• Played a key role on two teams: the Marketing and Design team, and the Web Development team. On the marketing and Design team I was lead UI/UX and Web Designer and Brand Development; on the development team I was lead UI/UX and Web Designer and Front-End Developer.• Working in consumer-centric ecommerce, influenced by analytics and data, constantly changing, learning new technologies and designing for conversions while maintaining brand identity• Designed and coded engaging consumer-focused email campaigns; then was promoted to a more focused role in site design and development• Oversaw and implemented a soft rebrand and reskin of the retail site upon being hired. The previous site had not been responsive, but had been built with tables with a secondary mobile site. Following the reskin, I had a key role in a full rebrand of the company including the rebuilding of the entire site.• Oversaw Logo Design, and Brand Development of New Identity• Two of my favorite successes: first, the research and development of the cart and checkout process; second the direct increase in mobile conversions since launching the mobile site in April, 2017
