Supporting the Group Director of Capital Development and Property in the successful delivery of the Trust's annual capital plan. This includes successfully delivering a programme of capital funded construction projects, as well as investments in medical devices, estates infrastructure and IM&T.Providing leadership to the capital development & property team in delivering delegated capital schemes and participating in the strategic planning and development of the Trust's estate.

I worked as a building services design consultant, providing electrical engineering design services including lighting and power distribution, fire alarm, security and communications systems design. I regularly used industry leading design software including Dialux, Amtech ProDesign, AutoCAD and Revit.My project experience included involvement in the design of sports stadia, schools, commercial premises, healthcare facilities and large residential developments.In June 2017, I was accepted for membership of the Chartered Institute of Building Services Enginnering and CEng status with the Engineering Council.
