I am a recent graduate from Wright State University, and having recently obtained my CompTIA Security+ CE certification, I am seeking a cybersecurity opportunity to begin my career in either the public or private sector. My CompTIA Security+ CE certification and involvement in cybersecurity activities since high-school demonstrate my interest and focus on cybersecurity and my overall commitment to the profession. Overall, I endeavor to balance the long-term customer needs for adherence to compliance and privacy concerns while enabling organizations to continue to achieve cybersecurity compliance goals with minimal interference from the implementation of security safeguards. I am particularly interested in working with research and development groups towards a common goal while achieving maximum efficiency and focus. I am willing to learn and implement any skills or tools needed to get the job done. My overall commitment is to the application and management of the highest standards of cybersecurity in support of my customers' employees, stakeholders, and organizational information technology assets. My personal passion for cybersecurity lies in vulnerability and penetration testing designed to assess the security posture of systems against new and emerging attack vectors, looking for weaknesses and vulnerabilities that can be remediated to improve the security posture of systems and the overall enterprise.
