Current• Leadership & Performance Management: Leading our dealers to meet their targets, drive staff performance, and achieve key KPIs, maintaining status as the highest-volume dealer in MEA.• Strategic Planning & Reporting: Develop and present annual and 5 year strategic plans based on market analysis, with regular performance updates to the Divisional Head, CFO and the CEO.• Financial Oversight: Manage P&L, forecasting, budgets, and compliance while optimizing costs, processes, and shareholder KPIs.• Supply Chain Management: Oversee demand forecasting, supply chain, and logistics to ensure timely product availability, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.• Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure compliance, minimize disruptions, and safeguard profitability.• Operational Management: Streamline multi-site operations across sales, workshops, and parts, achieving targets through efficient resource allocation and stock management.• Marketing & Sales Strategy: Direct strategies to maximize ROI, enhance brand positioning, and align marketing efforts with industry insights.
