My past background includes the following, I am a highly skilled and dedicated farmer with over 18 years of experience in cultivating crops, managing farm operations, and sales. My expertise in food safety, good agricultural practices, and maintenance has enabled me to grow and deliver high-quality produce that meets industry standards and customer expectations.As a sales expert, I have a proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and vendors. I am skilled in identifying market trends and developing effective sales strategies to maximize profitability and drive growth. I am also experienced in managing inventory and logistics to ensure timely delivery of products. I also have business to business sale’s experience by meeting with process and fresh fruit buyers for purchase of apples and estimate’s of cropAs a food safety expert, I am well-versed in current industry regulations and have undergone extensive training to ensure that all produce is grown and harvested safely. I have extensive knowledge of G.A.P., FSMA and NYDEC agricultural laws and preparation for audits. I am also proficient in good agricultural practices, including soil and water management, pest control, and crop rotation, which has enabled me to achieve consistently high yields year after year.In addition to my technical expertise, I am skilled in mechanical and preventive maintenance, ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained and operated.
