Negotiated extensively with the government of British Columbia in the preservation of deep bank royalty credits, efforts resulted in the preserving of over a $1 billion dollars in deep well royalty credits for future industry use.• Effectively negotiated a reserve based lending facility with the Business Development Bank of Canada (BDC) for small and medium Oil & Gas companies impacted by the COVID -19 pandemic commodity price decline.• Led CAPP's ESG efforts and engagement with the investment community, participated as a lead speaker at numerous bank investment conferences and participated in numerous bank led roadshows.

Provided expert testimony before the Senate of Canada on a range of economic and energy issues facing the Canadian upstream sector.-Extensive fiscal support of CAPP's BC efforts in advocating for a measured approach to eliminting BC drilling incentives.-Led negotiations with the government of Saskatchewan on high water cut royalty program negotiations that resulted in industry savings of over $200 million dollars.-Led CAPP's ESG efforts in ESG and the energy transition resulting in the publishing of a series of public industry ESG reports.
