Worked closely with the executive staff and president on various internal and external projects. Facilitated and directed employee initiatives and programs to create a more inclusive and engaged work environment. As Senior Manager, Student and School Services, I worked closely with the Vice-president assisting in the management of the division. I was responsible for tracking all outreach efforts for our traveling staff and managed executive and director level relationships with all school districts in the state. Additionally, I created and provided integral data reports for the College Access Challenge Grant.
