I have been working at Bank of America since February 2017, and have developed relationship management skills which will prove very useful in the securities industry.My career started as a Relationship Manager, where I managed consumer and small business consumer banking relationships. I learned the importance of building a loyal client base by engaging in outreach, providing solutions to various client needs, and exceeded clients expectations by demonstrating exemplary client care.In 2020, I advanced to the Credit Solutions Advisor I role. This included my previous responsibilities, along with gaining my NMLS which allowed me to originate home equity lines of credit. In 2022, I advanced again to the Credit Solutions Advisor II role, where my primary responsibility was to originate first mortgages such as new purchases and refinances, along with home equity lines of credit. My secondary responsibilities were to manage client relationships and uncover new opportunities to deepen the relationship. Being a CSAII gave me a lot of independence to develop my own clientele, and taught me the nuts and bolts of complex loans and how to fund them.As of August 2024, I am now in a Senior Banker role. I have passed my SIE and Series 66, and am currently studying for the Series 7. I am excited about working with securities, and find that world fascinating and very rewarding.
