Responsible for record keeping, herd health monitoring and animal husbandry practices for 80 mature cows (ear tagging, deworming via drench, pregnancy check, semen collection, artificial insemination, vaccine administration, venipuncture blood collection, embryo flushing, etc.). Also assisted with upkeep of rotational and strip grazing management systems, general maintenance, formulation and implementation of feed rations for group pens and individual animals. Assisted with student labs through the Animal Science Department
