Born in Palm Beach, Florida into a hospitality family, my grandfather Frank Seiden was a pioneer in the hotel industry as was my father who built and operated many well known hotels and was Executive Director of Grossinger's Hotel for many years here in Sullivan County. I held top management positions at the Browns Hotel, The Stevensville Country Club, Swan Lake Resort and The Granite Hotel. Being born into the hotel business led me to Hotel and Restaurant school which blossomed into the restaurant business. I owned and operated several area restaurants beginning with Twin Bridge Junction and ending with Luzon Station. I am as passionate about Real Estate as I am about the restaurant business and I believe I am a natural at both. After 35+ years in the Restaurant and Hotel Industry I enjoy the schedule that Real Estate provides, the art of the deal, and getting re-acquainted with Sullivan County. I have served on the SC Chamber of Commerce and the SC Multiple Listing Service Board of Directors. I enjoy helping my customers and clients realize their dreams and spends most every day traveling the county, walking tracks of land and keeping up with the pulse of the market making me more able to help those who trust me with probably one of the most important transactions of their lives.When asked what I do in Sullivan County beside work...I respond, "that's easy....I fish!" Being both an avid fly fisherman and a tournament bass angler, I know almost every lake, stream and creek in the area and whatever free time there is you can bet I'm at one of them! This position entailed the overall supervision and management of this 400-room resort hotel and its staff of over 500 from 1989 until it’s closing in 1991.This position was the most exciting, challenging and rewarding. It allowed me to be involved with every aspect of daily operation of the hotel, from staff to the guests.

Reservations, Front Office Manager, General Manager at the Stevensville Country Club, Swan Lake, New York, a 354-room full service resort facility. My responsibilities included supervision of all front office operations, office and front desk personnel, assignment of rooms to hotel guests and conventions, computer operations, and the management of all guest related problems. I was also responsible for settling the conventions final bill according to the contract. When the hotel was sold and became the Imperial Resort Hotel, in addition to my above responsibilities I assumed the added position of General Manager- Evenings.
