- Led the design, planning, negotiation and proposal stages for a 5-figure budget project up until final signature- Assisted with the proposal and budgeting stages for both 6 and 7-figure budget projects, including high-profile clients such as Atlassian and Fruits Music- Communicated with key stakeholders and clients to understand their wants and needs, and ensuring project delivery in accordance with set budgets and deadlines- Designed and implemented from the ground up a file & software deployment system using SaltStack and GitLab CI/CD pipelines for automation- Designed and implemented custom resource packs, managed using Git for pack versioning and branching for testing, and deployed automatically to Akamai Cloud & Cloudflare- Worked with clients on a day-to-day basis during the build process to ensure client goals were met and up to expectations- Held regular meetings with the team on a day-to-day basis to ensure everything was heading in the right direction and in accordance with upcoming deadlines- Successfully produced and delivered Atlassian’s worldwide team-building experience, Big Bash 2021, and digital concert entirely in Minecraft across 4 different continents over the course of a week- Successfully produced and delivered a bespoke Minecraft game server network for the Dutch music label, Fruits Music- Successfully produced and delivered a unique Minecraft experience in the House of Nightmares for Twitch Rivals, played by 150 of the largest Minecraft content creators

Noble Pro Management Ltd is the centre of all my online businesses. Originally founded upon the purchase of the NemeGaming Minecraft server & community, it has since evolved to encapsulate all of my business ventures and services that I provide in the UGC space. Some of the most notable working relationships involve the likes of Atlassian and Twitch, just to name a couple.

Started at the age of 14, I created a Minecraft server originally intended to be for myself and a group of friends. Over the course of a year, this eventually grew into a semi-popular community, serving hundreds of players. In late 2012, I created a series of video trailers which garnered over a combined total of 100,000+ unique views and grew this community from hundreds to thousands of members. The experiences learned through this process of success and also failure lead me down a path that ultimately put me into the amazing position I am in today — and while it was never as successful as future projects and endeavours, I would have never been able to achieve those accomplishments without this community.
