As the Brazed PHE Engineer for Kelvion’s Catoosa, Oklahoma branch, I was responsible for:•Generating drawings•ASME calculations for BPHE units•Determining Category for PED (CE) Brazed units•Creating and modifying a unit’s bill of materials & routing through the shop floor. •Creating, maintaining, & altering units in SAP•Designing tooling for use in Production•Programming testing equipment on the shop floor.•Assist in handling Return Authorizations•Assist in conducting burst tests, and in cataloging & analyzing the data collected.
