Does Project Management on the needs and requests made by Retail Sales.Performs Training Needs Analysis to identify what is need on the ground.Creates modules for sales personnel (store and field) to address their needs and communicate updates.Facilitates training classes. - Facilitates training modules to New Hires to prepare for the process they will belong to.- Evaluates New Hire Performance based on the metrics on Performance Ratings.- Creates a report about New Hire progress during transition.- Audits calls/work done for 3 weeks in transition and rate the quality of performance.- Coaches New Hires on observations of opportunities for development.- Presents a Performance review to Operations Leadership with recommendation on New Hire job fit.- Facilitates up training for tenured employees.- Evaluates the accuracy and timeliness of modules being facilitated for process training and sends recommendation which ones need to be updated already.- Calibrates with leadership point persons about updates and procedures that need to be cascaded to the population.- Calibrates with Visa and Mastercard about policies and procedures they have disseminated for clarity on how it will be cascaded to the population.- Upskills Transition Assistants in skills needed to assist New Hire during their Transition Period. Also reports to their manager their performance. Rates them for their scofrecard.- Trains trainers to get cross skilled with other processes. Maintains calibrations within trainers how tasks should be done.- Oversees Subkect Matter Experts and calibrate with them procedures. Gives feedback on how tasks could be done better.
