Throughout my time at Kitlocker, I have gained a vast amount of experience in a rapidly growing organisation within the sports retailing industry. From this experience, I learnt an array of skills such as developing a strong understanding of Adobe Photoshop. I have gained a significant amount of responsibility at Kitlocker, which has involved me liaising with clients over the phone, via our online chat platform, and through setting up meetings directly with the clients. My duties at Kitlocker also extended to becoming a Senior Account manager with some of the largest clients within the company. From this, I gained a great knowledge of the grassroots football market, as well as from a few Semi-Professional teams too.

During my time as a football referee for the FA, I developed many skills and and experience in using my initiative and managing the expectations of both the players and spectators during a game. While ensuring that my decisions are both fair and effective, I have developed my confidence when thinking on the spot, and enabled me to work independently, as well as being in control of a group.
