  Overall, great experience. The company quickly saw how to use my talent. A talent a did not even know I had. My position grew quickly finding myself moving to a new city, and more responsibility. I loved it there. There were failures and many lessons. I learned to keep my cards close and to navigate corporate culture. To be honest I loved that pressure and it drove me. Replacing an employee that used to be my boss felt good. What I didn't know was that I must have a lot of problems to fix. The area I was promoted to, was generally on the lower side of the companies kpi's and overall profit. I grew that area ranking constantly in top 10 in the entire company. Granting me president's club status, the highest award given by my company. Even with this I felt like I was just beginning. I agreed to take on a second area because the most recent operator was fired. I felt recognized. Soon after, COVID-19 hit coincidentally at the same time Sprint merged into T-Mobile. I expected life to eventually revert back to normal and things would go on as they did, but since the virus and that T-Mobile acquired Sprint, the decision making power was with people who didn't know me. Eventually, months later I was notified that my area was to be closed which was basically how I found out I no longer had the job I expected to go back to. All this to say, I may not have all the qualifications you are looking for, but I am well worth your time and training. The competition drives me. I want to be a part of a company that has upward mobility, or be a member working on the ground floor building something new. I'll do whatever it takes to keep learning and not stuck in a dead end job. Post Covid, I guess I have to figure out what that is.
