Analyst, Fund Oversight & Governance
Current• Managing, analysing and updating the Total Expense Ratios (TER) report workbook for all funds, on a quarterly basis, using various internal and external data. • Taking responsibility for daily fee monitoring and the team’s daily checklist.• Analysing and updating pension scheme/fund fees in our InvestPro SQL database.• Analysing fund factsheets to check validity of internal reports.• Using our InvestPro SQL database, dealing confirmations and fund manager pricing data to prepare fund trade cost, spread and post-transition structuring reports.• Creating and setting up new funds for schemes, fund managers and clients.• Creating summary fund onboarding reports using various fund documentation. • Setting up and updating bank details for schemes, fund managers and counterparties etc. within Microsoft Dynamics and our InvestPro SQL Database.• Updating existing funds where required in our Invest Pro SQL Database. • Updating fund summary information e.g., fund objectives, in Microsoft Access.• Liaising with Fund Managers to acquire fund information, depending on the project.• Producing and updating AML (and related) documents for new investments.• Producing process training guides for new employees and other internal teams.• Helping to maintain team inbox and taking on tasks outside my comfort zone.Key Achievement• Mobius Life won UK Pensions award (2022) for the 4th year running.
