Managed a team of Project Portfolio Directors, Senior Project Managers, Project Managers and support staff in providing services to Utility and Telecom companies in areas of structure inspections, maintenance and engineering solutions. In this role I served as an integral member of the regional senior management team. I managed capital budgets, engineering and reliability operations to support (9) sites across the Southeast, mining and processing (3) different minerals. I supported all phases of facility and capital maintenance, development of new processes and projects, production increases for business expansion, risk management and site infrastructure and safety that align with the corporate initiatives.

In this role I served as an integral member of the management team, constructed growth plans and established goals and corporate priorities. I managed engineering and reliability operations to support a pulp mill, paper mill, power plant, and water treatment facility, managing risk to drive corporate objectives in the areas of environment, health and safety, asset capability, quality, and production. Some highlights of my experience in this role include…► Contributed to the acceleration of production from 1070 tons per day to 1200 tons per day through capital and reliability improvements► Piloted the Tank Integrity Program; designed and programmed a database of tanks (148) including tank details, prioritized tank criticality, generated tank inspection plans, and conducted inspections to forecast repairs/ replacements.► Completed multiple successful capital and expense projects; coordinated and supervised contractors and mill labor to manage projects ranging from $25K to $10MM – completed 170 projects worth $65MM over a three-year time span.► Increased machine uptime from 91% to 94%, conducted root cause failure analysis to identify and address issues and improved preventative maintenance program.

In this role, I created value for clients across the aerospace and defense markets, leading a team of cross-functional professionals to drive process improvements and reduce rework during the final phase assembly of G450 and G550 aircrafts. I conducted extensive research and analysis to plan, organize, and technically direct all stages of production planning and tooling processes.Some highlights of my experience in this role include… ► Optimized manufacturing methods, repair, and equipment usage while maintaining compliance with Gulfstream standards and FAA requirements; initiated rapid prototyping of tools and fixtures, reducing tooling delay by 2-4 weeks.► Integrated Production Team representative for the G550/G450 quality review board; provided feedback to remediate complex issues and initiate corrective actions – reduced heads up display alignment defects by 90%. ► Deployed a database utilized for tracking common and under-investigated issues to improve communication between engineers and departments; eliminated rework caused by previous processes.

In this role, I led teams of two to eight engineers and 30 machinists in the design, development, and manufacturing of new steam turbines and components, aligning with site installation project managers. I also promoted the integration of people, processes, and systems to manage and reduce costs, and trained and functioned as a super user as the company transitioned to SAP CMMS.Some highlights of my experience in this role include…► Orchestrated projects exceeding $15MM, guiding teams through inspection and refurbishment processes for both gas and steam turbines and their auxiliary components. ► Facilitated negotiation and implementation meetings; liaised with customers concerning schedule / cost integration, project status, site visits, and government nuclear documentation. ► Partnered with commercial project groups to develop proposals including work scope documents, division of responsibilities documents, and site walk downs; developed cost estimates and prepared bids.► Developed outage schedules for steam turbine and generator projects for both field and shop work; coordinated pre-outage planning for site service projects and aided in schedule/cost tracking for field during outage execution.

In this role I managed contractor fieldwork, coordinating with purchasing and receiving for delivery of new equipment and materials.
