• apply consulting methods and techniques to understand client’s business model, identify pain points and design solutions• analyze, evaluate and solve tickets related to MM, SD, WM, PS, RE modules raised by clients within specified SLA• handle service request of clients which include troubleshooting, configuration, and development and customization • configure SAP according to client business process needs and conduct analysis, functional specification documentation and UAT as needed• perform other ad hoc tasks relating to application and support of MM, SD, WM, PS, RE modules• ensure appropriate approval of estimates, functional specifications and test scenarios• conduct presales activities and account management for certain clientsPROJECT HIGHLIGHTSJonathan Teodoro has been assigned as SAP MM/SD for Application Management Support which has more than 20 clients in the Philippines. He has provided solutions for more than 150 incidents both Service and Change Requests related to SAP MM, SD, WM, PS, RE, FI and CO modules. Aside from handling incidents and pre-sales, he has also been involved in implementation and mini projects: S/4 HANA implementation ECC, OS, and Database Upgrade projects – functional testing / UAT Remigration Project – upload open POs to new Production system and transfer of master data using ALE. Automation Project – design and implement automation of Order to Cash / Procure to Pay between Affiliates which includes sales order, deliveries, billings, goods receipts, and incoming invoices thru custom programs in background (BAPI) and IDOC with Email notifications for each posted document. MM Batch Management implementation – automate activation of material batch management from material maintenance, zero-out inventory and goods receipts with batches including configuration. Warehouse creation – configuration, UAT and business process procedure System Integration e.g. Salesforce to SAP

• responsible for the system and system-related requirements of JAKA Group of Companies, computerized or otherwise• evaluate and recommend suitable system solutions, incorporate improvements thru revision or configuration to meet user requirements, but not limited to, comparative analysis of third party solutions• handle change management in connection with the implementation of modified business processes and/or new and revised systems to ensure smooth and successful transition, audit system production use to ensure that it is being used in accordance to company’s policies and procedures• acts as point person in the account management function and supervise process owner during system implementation and parallel run• responsible for the documentation of new system processes or revised business process of an existing system such as user manual, operation run guides, procedural charts and the like • coordinate with System Development group for system requirement and Technical group for hardware and other logistics requirement• SAP Functional support for MM, FI, CO, AA, SD , PM modules• key contributions: SAP MM, FI and SD company role out, SD material batch management implementation, information and reporting requirements using SAP Query, Report Group and ABAP reports

• plan, lead, direct and manage the activities of the department to ensure the development and implementation of cost-effective systems and efficient system operations• ensure efficiency and effectiveness of the existing information systems, hardware and networks for the company’s daily operations• prepare presentation materials to be used in management review
