• Lead program design, research, content development and budgeting for a successful three-year $600,000 USDA Beginning Farmer Development Grant • Organized agricultural content for 1,000 person annual conference, coordinated a farmer-to-farmer mentoring program and organized regular workshops and field days • Developed and produced a multimedia portal with monthly articles, short videos and a comprehensive library of local and national materials• Leveraged network with researchers, extension agents, government agencies and businesses across the supply chain to support farmers in Georgia

• Developed partnership with the State of Georgia and USDA in 2008 to become the first farmers market in Georgia to accept SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Benefits) • Responsible for accounting, fundraising, staff, website, marketing, demonstrations and special events • Led the effort to transition the market into an new organization, Community Farmers Markets, managing East Atlanta and a new market in Grant Park in order to hire the organizations first full-time Director in 2011
