The Los Alamos National Laboratory is managed by Triad LLC. and tasked with the mission is to solve National Security challenges through scientific excellence. LANL covers 40 square miles with almost 900 individual facilities, 13 nuclear facilities, and includes some of the most unique high-security facilities in the U.S. My responsibilities include strategy and operations, people management, and managing numerous projects/programs with a direct impact on the important work conducted by Los Alamos National Laboratory supporting the Department of Energy in addition to performing work for the Department of Defense (DoD), Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Homeland Security (DHS), and others (laboratories, universities, and industry).

Regional Manager for Prime Now Amazon facilities in Texas with a team of approximately a thousand employees including forty managers at multiple facilities/cities. Responsible for strategy and operations, facility management, and all business metrics of the facilities (Security, Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery and Morale).

Managed teams of up to 1000 employees including 13 front line supervisors and 6 managers for an operation capable of processing over a million units in a day in a multi-million square foot facility with dozens of miles of conveyance that leveraged state-of-the-art automation and robotics. Responsibilities & accomplishments include driving process improvement initiatives for the organization with multi-millions in savings, on-boarding/training over 5,000 employees, developing training programs for employees at all levels, and leading high performing teams that stood out in a competitive environment.

Managed strategy and operations in support of a combined arms battalion (approximately 1000 employees) deployed to combat in Iraq. Managed operations during 6 months of combat operations and over 5,000 combat patrols. Managed the successful movement of approximately 1000 soldiers and 225 vehicles/containers (over 12,000 pieces of equipment) across Iraq while acting as a liaison with British and Iraqi forces. Managed security and personnel accountability for over 2,500 military and civilian personnel from multiple countries on a forward operating base in Diwaniyah, Iraq and over 4,000 personnel in Basra Iraq. Managed distribution and transportation for over $125 million dollars' worth of equipment.

Planned and led various combat, security, and humanitarian operations while deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom including over 300 patrols in combat and managing a joint operating station with U.S. forces, Iraqi Army, and Iraqi Police. Ran a security patrol training course for an organization of over 3,000 U.S. soldiers and attached international soldiers. Managed finance, equipment (over 12 thousand pieces of equipment valued at over $150 million), and logistics for an organization of over 1000 employees. Managed the unit credit card program with a monthly budget of $100K. Managed a project refurbishing/replacing over 7000 pieces of equipment.
