 Form/update tickets for issues with bill payment kiosks across the United States Dispatch technicians for any issues unresolvable remotely  Receive incoming calls, contact sites, access PCs utilizing Win 10 remotely to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve problems Provide technical support for kiosks and peripheral devices Rotating on call support after hours and on weekends and holidays Make payments on customer accounts if errors occur to ensure services remain active  Maintain updated network settings and all proprietary software while maintaining PCI compliance Troubleshoot network connections Maintain software updates, Group Policy settings, and Anti-Virus software  Configure network settings from DHCP/Static  Maintain multiple Excel spreadsheets  Provide daily reports: new installs, conversions, relocations, offline locations, technician dispatch, completed assignments, expense reports, GL codes  Coordinate shipments for replacement parts, relocations, and new installations  Hire locksmiths and technicians out of network and ensure payment  Coordinate with armored delivery services for pickup and support with kiosk operations Meet deadlines for completion of new installations, relocations, and conversions to ensure on time operational status Provide hands on training for new employees for all departmental duties
