Scope of work:• Handling enquiries and managing client expectations before, during, and after a trip• Design and prepare travel itineraries as per client brief• Prepare costing and proposals for bespoke travel itineraries• Communicate & coordinate start-to-end travel requests with the clients• Building relationships with luxury partners and suppliers• Constantly working on ways to minimise the cost of operations and maximise profits• Managing CRM and other databases that are being usedCountries I've curated itineraries to:Australia, New Zealand, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, Singapore, Bhutan, South Africa, Zimbabwe, Kenya, Tanzania, Seychelles, Turkey, Finland, France, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Switzerland, USA, Peru, Havana, Costa Rica and Mexico.
