Facilitated the accreditation process for Sacramento Adventist Academy. Organized and directed the Self-Study process to arrive at an evidenced-based approach to strategic planning for a small private K - 12 school. Built strategic planning process to ensure the school leaders had a clear roadmap for the future. Worked to make the process as easy as possible so faculty and administration could dream big about their future.

Managed the blog and created website content for A Thousand Sisters, a movement of women and men empowered to end violence in Congo and mass atrocities throughout the world. Oversaw the writing and publication of three weekly posts focused on current issues, policy development and advocacy and volunteer recognition.

I served as pastor to teenagers at a large church on the campus of Pacific Union College. I led teams of volunteers and interns in developing their skills as they relate to serving teenagers. Developed internship program for high school students. Implemented The Justice Project, a student leadership program that gave students opportunities to gain leadership skills while addressing social justice issues. Led two study tours to Egypt.
