I am a Partner at Evelyn Partners in the Transaction Services practice. We are a team of x-Big 4 partners providing financial due diligence to private equity and corporates in the mid-market in the UK.From 2019 to 2022 I was an MD at Quantuma, heading up their Transaction Services practice, providing financial due diligence to SME focussed PE firms. Prior to that I was a Partner with PwC’s Transaction Services practice. I have extensive international experience in transactions advisory, including financial due diligence, valuations, vendor due diligence and IPO working capital reviews. My clients include many PE firms, SWFs, family groups and large corporate clients.I spent 6 years with PwC in Qatar working mainly with SWFs. Prior to that I spent 5 years in Moscow, where I worked with a number of international investors, including Lion Capital, TPG Capital, Danone and SABMiller. My clients also included several Russian and Kazakh companies that listed their shares in London and I worked on a number of major deals in the oil and gas sector.Prior to Moscow, I was based in London, where I worked on large private equity transactions. My key clients included Apax, Permira, 3i, Hicks Muse, Texas Pacific Group and CVC.I also spent 2 years in Romania with PwC helping multinationals invest in Romania and 2 years in Prague.I am a Chartered Accountant (ACA) and have a degree in Theoretical Physics from Exeter University.Outside of work I am keen on Crossfit, triathlons, running and skiing.
