CurrentOver the course of many years I have been involved with laser programming. Writing and proving complex parametric subroutines on various laser controllers. System94, System94W, Siemens 840d Powerline and Siemens 840d Operate.As part of the programming I have developed laser parameters sets to meet the metallurgical requirements for aerospace components that we have worked on. As the years have gone on I have also developed external software to manage the file systems on each of the machines and able to re write Siemens 611 drives via an NC program. Over the years I have worked with local system engineers to read electrical drawing and diagnose machine faults using these drawing and the machine PLC. Developing programs to help diagnose and calibrate machine tools.
