Engages with Senior Supply Chain leaders of some of BD’s largest IDN customers to identify and implement strategies to improve joint operational efficiency. Collaborates with Strategic Customer VPs and Strategic Customer Directors to ensure these efforts directly tie to their broader account strategies to drive sales. Partners with internal players such as Customer Service, Quality, Contracts, Transportation, Distribution, etc. to conduct root cause analysis to problems and to jointly implement solutions. Partners with sales to eliminate potential supply chain oriented disruptions before they arise with customers during product conversions. Utilizes Qlikview, SAP, BI, and PowerBI to identify trends and derive opportunities to drive joint operational improvements. Function at a cross functional level across all BD divisions.Develop partnerships with strategic decision makers to identify critical organizational challenges and devise solutions to address them. Build relationships with nursing executives and directors to implement solutions, uncover potential roadblocks, and utilize their positional authority to ensure new programs are accepted within the organization. Manage multifaceted cultural and technological changes within complex organizational hospital systems. Devise and implement IDN system level conversions that impact thousands of clinicians and their respective patients. Consult with supply chain director and executive decision makers to identify organizational inefficiencies impacting patient satisfaction, care delivery, and total cost--and recommend courses of methodologies to improve performance. Conduct organizational assessment on clinical practice, aggregate data, draw conclusions, and identify potential vulnerabilities, and recommend courses of action to improve.
