You must also have sustained at least one concussion prior to 2010 and have had some symptoms as a result. The reason why the law firm has used 2010 as a date is because NCAA made some changes to their concussion protocols in 2010. The law firm will also consider players who sustained concussions after 2010, but does not expect to file those cases at this time. If you know of any players have them contact me at 609.367.2911. -
