Led up to 6 team members in processing up to 1,000 orders per 4-hour shift. Shipped up to 500 orders per shift as well.

Corrected and maintained physical inventory in up to 15 locations daily across the Merit Medical South Jordan campus. Mediated flow of product between 4 warehouse locations. Worked closely with the other Cycle Counter who shared the area we were assigned to, as well as with leads and supervisors of the various manufacturing areas. This included communication with employees working in Merit's other global locations, such as Tijuana and Galway. A thorough knowledge of Merit's manufacturing and inventory policies and procedures was required as well.
