A process management professional and change management facilitator with the insight, vision, enthusiasm, analytical and problem solving abilities to inspire and garner impressive results from all around him. With a comprehensive history in manufacturing, resource planning, operations management and process engineering, he has a vast amount of expertise in strategic planning, cycle time reductions, and process development, resulting in significant cost reductions and increased team engagement. He provided leadership to our Process Management Group within the enterprise. His ability to develop these powerful tools comes from both a solid combination of academia as well as the very “scar tissue” that comes from real world experience.

Assessed CMO (Current Mode of Operations) and implemented CPI (Continuous Process Improvements). Co-developed the Process, Learning and Performance team to centralize all Process, Learning & Performance documentation. Chaired user information sessions with subject matter experts (SME’s), identified critical tasks and mapped out daily/high level processes impacting multiple groups and teams. Communicated and coordinated with frontline teams and managers to identify roadblocks and build processes to resolve systems, automation, applications and programming issues. Consulted with teams from each department to create end to end processes for Customer Care (Business and Consumer), Loyalty & Retention, Order Excellence, Assignment & Facilities, PDS, National Deployment Management Centre and Field Operations. Created visual maps in Visio and documented step by step processes which allow readers to access understand and utilize new process information, updates and changes efficiently. Designed and Implemented an internal version of the Wikipedia for efficient and rapid access by all employees. Co-developed an online tool with the learning specialists to house all Video and PDF training documentation with direct links to all process documentation within the training materials. Provided intelligence to the entire Business Readiness team in respect to the development and implementation of their Imagine Order Control system; front end (User) and back end (IT). Worked closely with Learning Specialists to ensure learning documentation aligned with workload processes. Trained, coached and mentored front line agents and management teams in new workload processes.

Joint Health and Safety Committee member & Ontario Ministry of Labour liaison. Industrial accident prevention and investigation. Facilitated process improvement sessions with line staff and management team to improve overall inventory and production procedures. Designed, developed and implemented a new Access Order Management/Quality Assurance system to move the company from manual planning, testing and reporting to one more automatic with live reporting to end users. Engaged the line staff in the design of processes and procedures to improve cycle times, waste, strategic planning and to increase on time delivery and team engagement. Forecasting, planning and follow through from receipt of sales order to shipping for the fast paced automotive fastener industry e.g. GM, Chrysler, Ford. Instruct and oversee day to day duties of Plant Supervisors and employees.

Forecasting and scheduling of all incoming customer and inventory orders. Ensure that all orders are completed on time, and according to shipping priorities. Coordinated with Material Handling department, ensuring timely delivery of raw materials. Timely production reporting to all persons involved in the process. Ensure that all production schedules are accurate and all dates are correct. System Support for the AS/400 System and users. Programming of Showcase Strategy reports for end users. Design of reporting tools to allow visibility for the front line sales team to reduce cycle times and increasing the time available to build client relationships
