During my tenure on the service desk team, I developed a diverse skill set that spanned multiple IT domains. Repaired hardware and software issues on Mac and Windows devices. Primary Mac technician in Helena. Interacted with customers on-site, in-person, and through the phone. Created invoices and billed customers. Managed devices for our contracted customers with Kaseya and Addigy.

I interacted with customers, in person and over the phone, to learn the symptoms of the problem they were experiencing. I diagnosed and repaired the problems for both PC and Mac computers.

My main responsibility was to create ads for our products to be posted on eBay and our website. I had many other responsibilities including: checking ads, repricing, working on Apple products, development of our Amazon market, taking product photos, photo editing, button creation, and all around problem solving.

I sold and repaired Macintosh computers. My main responsibility was to be the first contact with customers through phone and in person. I also helped diagnose and repair computers, teach classes, solve customers issues and general office duties.
