This included overseeing the Fellowes and Hitachi project managers as well as working closely with Fellowes functional leads to ensure that the system delivered solutions as required by the company’s goals.The project began with gap analysis then functional unit test, 2 systems integration tests and a user acceptance test before go live.The data migration work was done entirely by the IT department at Doncaster and itself had 6 iterations prior to go live.The functional areas affected were:FinanceWarehousingCustomer ServicesSupply ChainHuman Resources • Integration of acquired Spanish company into the network and System21 ERP system.Project managed the integration of a Spanish acquisition into the ERP system. • Significant reduction in operating costs for IT.By centralising and automating processes and systems back to the UK a significant reduction in headcount was possible resulting in the operating cost for IT reducing from £1.6M pa to £900K pa.• Implementation of RF and warehouse management system at UK headquarters.Worked with functional lead to ensure a system was delivered which enabled significant efficiencies and reduced fines to the company for shipping errors • Implementation of Virtual Desktop Infrastructure for EuropeRan the project from concept to conclusion including the RFP, proof of concept and implementation. This involved having detailed discussions with senior stakeholders as well as the employees to gather information around both where the business is heading and the day to day issues faced.
