My biggest strengths are being able to listen and connect with from all walks of life and I feel comfortable with who I’m talking to no mater who they are, where they are from or what they are doing in life. My other biggest strength is being able to quickly and easily see skills, gifts and talents that people don't even realize they have.Currently I am working as the production manager for large egg producer in East Yorkshire. This consists of the day to day running of the factory, staffing, stock control, staff training and maintenance schedules.I have worked in three different factory’s for more than 27 years with 25 of them being in food manufacturing.Over this time I have gained a huge amount knowledge, not only in the day to day running of a factory but in people management as well.I started on the factory floor as a packer and quickly worked my way up to general maintenance, team leader, supervisor and now production manager.From starting at the bottom and working my way up I not only understand the complexity of all of the jobs but I know what it is like to have work in that roll so can connect with people in that roll better.In my personal life I love football and the ups and downs that brings. Spending time in the garden is something I thoroughly enjoy gardening and pottering about, it gives me chance to unwind and take my mind off everything else going on in the world. Traveling with my wife is a huge part of our lives and we have been all over the world from New York to Cuba and Australia as well as traveling around the uk where we have recently completed visiting all 15 National Parks in the Uk. My biggest passion is wild camping and bush craft. I go with two of my closest friends and we go all year round in any condition, there is no such thing as to cold wet or windy and its also a great chance to catch up with friends. Like a lot of things, if it was easy everyone would be doing it.
