There is one fundamental truth that I’ve kept with me throughout my twenty-year career in sports and live entertainment marketing that drives me to push further with every moment: the landscape is constantly evolving. Being a dynamic marketing leader requires not only a knowledge base, but also a passion to continually grow by embracing data-based insights and facilitating innovation. By harnessing change as a constant, I’ve been able to consistently beat engagement and revenue records with a motivated and excited team. From transformational opportunities like mergers and acquisitions to organizational pivots within a given project, I’m always envisioning opportunities for growth through an infinite, data-driven test and learn mindset. Over the last few years, my dedication has been towards building out a new digital marketing team, while also managing two other departments in the Marketing vertical (CRM and Data & Analytics). While the pandemic impacted everyone, the live event space certainly was upended by the inability to have people come together. I was empowered to envision a team and staff 3 departments accordingly, allowing me to transform Feld Entertainment’s marketing approach globally. Ultimately, these changes have paved the way for the most profitable years in Feld Entertainment’s history, ongoing today.My team has entirely recreated the Feld Entertainment marketing model for our brands, from strategy and associated martech through post-reporting. I am responsible for every step of the marketing process for all aspects of the global Feld Entertainment portfolio, including but not limited to national branding campaigns for new tours, D2C campaigns in a hyper-local marketplace for a touring event, global partnership marketing strategy and execution, lead generation, and data and reporting of all sales results. With executive support of my strategic model, I’ve been able to lead a customer first marketing transformation that resonated cross departmentally throughout the company, up and down verticals previously siloed. By being a champion of both the customer and the associated brand portfolio, my team was able to achieve unparalleled KPI results, nearly tripling our ROAs projection, cutting our lead generation costs by over 70%, and surpassing our engagement metrics and signals by more than 50%.
