Currently leading Macro-Scope Logistics Company Limited as a visionary owner to provide customers with the best and priority services. I have honed my skills and ambition through various roles in many esteemed organizations in my career path.My start in the freight forwarding industry was as a frontline salesperson. I gained a deeper understanding of client requirements. Progressing through the ranks, I've held different key positions including Assistant Sales Manager and Sales Director, continuously surmounting sales targets and cultivating lasting client relationships. At Grand Forwarding (Taiwan) Ltd., I served as General Manager in Hong Kong. The establishment of a new office is a zero-to-one concept practice, which was a very rare opportunity for me. During that time, I further solidified my leadership skills and led the company to grow and get out of business bottlenecks.With a solid educational foundation, including a BSc in International Supply Chain and Shipping Management from the University of Plymouth and an Advanced Diploma in Logistics & Enterprise Resource Management from HKUST while working, I have both theoretical knowledge and practical perspicacity. In order to gain comprehensive knowledge in the field of international trade and expand my network, I am now studying in the International Business Diploma Program at Centennial College in Toronto.I am passionate about promoting innovation in logistics applications, using cutting-edge technologies and methods to provide my clients with convenient solutions.
