Responsible for FP&A of Digital Channels and brokerage metrics reporting and analysis

Responsible for analyzing, reporting, and controls for the Institutional Equity Division's trading expenses as well as the Electronic Trading Desk's commission revenue for cash equities and options products. I provide cost of trade analysis for our traders and clients, as well as aid traders in pricing clients based on their cost/algorithm models and ECN tier analysis. I also produce profitability reports for senior management to aid them in decision making regarding the trading desk's strategies. I also oversee the month end process regarding broker dealer trading and regulatory fees and manage a team that provides client service to over 200 clients. I regularly liaise with traders, compliance, and IT to provide value added reporting and analysis to our clients. I am responsible for driving a global project to automate the front to back client billing/journal process for equities and options businesses.

During this period I was responsible for controlling North American agent bank fees, including the month end expense allocation and accruals. I produced agent bank expense reporting to senior management and the agent bank team.
