● Created and implemented an enterprise-wide solution for Self-Service Data by evaluating organizational needs against over 70 technologies● Developed the architecture and usage patterns for two new technologies in the enterprise data lake (Dataiku Data Science Studio and Alation)● Accelerated digital cultural transformation with 80% of users coming from non-digital backgrounds

The Information Technology Leadership Program (ITLP) is a two year leadership program at General Electric. The program includes four six month rotations in various information technology positions within GE and twelve weeks of training, including three weeks outside the US.

● Drove Compliance Analytics project to operationalize and simplify IT compliance reporting and remediation for the Aviation IT organization● Led business intelligence development team using an agile project methodology and approach consisting of two week long sprints from development to production● Developed data and reporting solutions to user stories spanning a broad group of stakeholders consisting of compliance leaders, export control focals, CIOs, and compliance team members

● Drove technical upgrades to enhance the support and security of 120 Warehouse Management System (WMS) transaction processes that supported operations to receive, store, and ship $50 to $75 million of jet engine parts daily● Led process redesign of outbound jet engine part shipping operations to reduce inventory waste, improve shipping time to customers and remove multiple functional user pain points; supporting $1.6 billion of inventory shipment annually● Completed Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt project by improving document generation cycle time for warehouse outbound shipping operations resulting in $87 thousand annual cost savingsServed as Aviation ITLP Staff Meeting Coordinator during this role. Responsibilities included scheduling bi-weekly global meetings for all Aviation ITLP members and sourcing content for meetings. Content included program updates, professional development round tables, ITLP member bios, and emerging technology presentations.

● Led ten person team in the migration of 40,000 users to GE's Next Generation Network to provide enhanced network performance, reliability, and scalability for future business growth● Developed Linux based network management tool that automated the analysis of vendor circuit provider switching costs, discovered $3.5 million in possible annual savings

● Created and executed new analysis process for 156,000 configuration parameters within GE Aviation and Energy● Initiated charters for remediation projects and managed external vendor work on corrective actions
