I am an experienced litigator and concentrate my practice on advocating for workers who are seriously injured in construction accidents. Having spent the first ten+ years of my career on the defense side representing medical centers and health systems, physicians, and other healthcare professionals in an array of complex, high exposure medical liability actions, as well as defending individuals, businesses, and municipal entities in general liability, premises liability, and labor law matters, I have the unique perspective of understanding the manner in which both defense counsel and insurance carriers evaluate their cases, which I utilize to zealously advocate on behalf of my clients.
