● Undertake administrative tasks to support social media content and channels,including monitoring online channels and interacting with responses to our content.● Perform duties in English, German, and Spanish languages, maintaining excellentstandard of service and following legal processes that differ between countries,including strict data protection laws in Germany.● Monitor the standard of work throughout the language teams to maintain high qualityservice provided by our division.● Solve problems that may be complex and require the use of conceptual thinking skillsfollowing different processes according to the situation.

● Responsible for delivering a high level of service to all our guests in German andEnglish.● Processing payments for both card and cash transactions, updating guest bookingsand answering phone calls and emails.● Provide accurate information to guests regarding the local area as well as offering anexcellent overall knowledge of all Hostel facilities and services.

• Arrange the daily activities according to the curriculum and gather the necessary material.• Carefully manage time during the activities; focusing the attention on handcrafts, and the children’s performance.• Show parents the knowledge acquired through the week related to a specific topic.• Be responsible for guaranteeing the children’s safety whilst overseeing many different activities.
