Conduct a trauma-informed intake process for clients seeking our services, provide coverage for 24/7 crisis services supporting survivors of sexual violence during ER visits, perform daily data entry tasks, update list of community referrals to be shared with clients seeking basic needs assistance, assist with community outreach events and professional trainings as necessary.

Provide trainings and activism towards social change and primary prevention of sexual violence. This includes creating age appropriate content for students of various ages as well as content geared towards professional settings. Engage with community partners to promote and conduct trainings, receive continuing education around best practices for working with survivors.

Supporting student leaders in developing leadership skills, connecting students with direct service opportunities, maintaining relationships with service-oriented community partners, completing administrative and social media tasks for the Community Service Office.

Responsible for managing the Norris University Student Center; servicing an average of 4,000 patrons daily. Coordinate between Norris clients (research seminars, celebration dinners, theatrical performances, non-Northwestern summer camps, a wide variety of student organizations) and all Norris departments (event planning, catering, facilities, operations management, kitchen staff) to ensure events and services are able to run smoothly. Respond to emergency situations which arise, such as injuries, illnesses, or instances of patron misconduct.Mentor and support 5-6 Norris Center Desk attendants to assist the needs of clients and patrons as they arise day to day.
