My journey into the fitness world began during my teenage years when I faced significant challenges with my weight and self-confidence. Growing up as a religious Jewish teenager, I experienced bullying and a lack of confidence. One day, I decided it was time to make a change. With no formal knowledge, I started running, adjusted my diet, and ultimately lost 100 pounds.This transformation sparked a deeper passion for fitness, and I realized I wanted to help others who faced similar struggles. Although I no longer practiced religion, I saw an opportunity to serve in the military and pursue my passion for fitness. I joined the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) with the sole purpose of becoming a trainer, driven by my dedication to health and personal well-being.My professional journey as a fitness instructor began in 2017 with the IDF. I earned my qualifications from the Wingate Institute, specializing in personal training, long-distance running, strength and conditioning, child fitness, pregnancy fitness, and TRX training.Since 2021, I have been working at Akasha Gym, part of the prestigious Mamilla Hotel in Israel. Here, I develop personalized training programs focused on individual needs and holistic wellness for distinguished members and guests of this 5-star establishment.I am committed to helping clients achieve their fitness goals and would love to connect with you to support your health and wellness journey.
