Filming, editing, and posting user generated content for Gonzaga University. By analyzing trends, keeping up with events on campus, and following student events, videos can be generated to reach a wide variety of viewers to promote Gonzaga University.

While working at the Career and Professional Development Center, I was able to warmly welcome guests, coordinate check-in, and direct students to their designated appointments. As a front desk staff, I was also able to manage phone lines and facilitate calls with students, vendors, and staff while providing excellent customer service with a helpful and friendly attitude, producing a welcoming and friendly environment.

As an after school care aid, I created a fun and interactive environment, planning activities that entertained the children while supervising all children to maintain their safety. This allowed me to cultivate a safe and nurturing space for up to 50 children ranging from 7 to 13 years old collaborating with other after school aids. I also effectively interacted with the students in third to eighth grade, helping them with homework and facilitating conflict resolution among their peers.

During my time as an intern at Roche, I was able to observe qualitative and quantitative data for an internal site to guide decisions with the future of the site. I also facilitated the transfer of sustainability initiative documents to ensure readability and accuracy.

Supported the rebranding of a local entrepreneur's business through market research, defining target demographics, and exploring potential opportunities to connect the entrepreneur to customers. Also contributed to educating the entrepreneur in social media, SEO, and website presence to allow easy engagement to and with customers.

I began with this organization as a member, starting in November 2021. More recently, however, I was elected as the Vice President (VP) of Brotherhood for Alpha Kappa Psi. As the VP of Brotherhood, I have led a team of five members in organizing events for a 60-member chapter to encourage engagement and support brotherhood amongst members. As a part of this position, I served as the chair of the brotherhood committee, where I coordinated and delegated administrative tasks to team members to promote collaboration and highlight member’s skills. I also served as a member of the executive board, in which I helped strategized ideas with other members of the executive board to visualize the future trajectory of the organization.

As a lifeguard, I was required to complete sixty hours of lifeguard training including becoming CPR and first aid certified, treading water for two minutes (legs only), and retrieving a 10 lb. brick in 12 ft deep end. Once fully trained, while on duty I was responsible for providing a safe environment for members to swim while strictly enforcing pool rules and offering top-notch customer service. To ensure I was able to do this well, I familiarized myself the associations regulations in order to avoid misunderstandings of rules.

As a youth coach, I was able to organize basketball workouts for first through third graders based on age and skill range, tailoring to each players capabilities and needs. I also had the responsibility to communicate game times and practice schedules with parents and players to ensure fluent and efficient participation for all parties involved. As a referee, I was able to incorporate lessons about the fundamentals and rules of basketball through periodical stoppage of play.
