Data Scientist | Manager - Care Delivery Analytics
CurrentIn this position, I professionally improve patient outcomes and operational efficiencies for Medicare Advantage HMO and PPO patients in 15 states. Also, I keenly present research findings on physician referral behavior and medical loss ratios to executive leadership. Moreover, I provide valuable insights and cost-reduction strategies that emphasize the importance of managing external partners. I standardize data science capabilities across various subject matter teams within the Analytics department, as well as foster collaboration and efficiency.
