I am the Head of the Real Estate Finance and Banking Team and act on behalf of lenders in high volume, fast-paced short-term lending, including both regulated and unregulated loans ranging from £50,000 to £10 million. The types of transactions include residential and commercial bridges, refinance of large portfolios of properties and assets, debt restructuring, auction purchases, and also development loans from small-mid scale sites to large-scale, high-value complex sites and developer exits. I also deal with my clients disposals under powers of sale or receivership which also involves managing and dealing with complex property portfolios for lenders and their receivers. I am also the head of the commercial property team and act for individuals, families and businesses in managing and dealing with extensive property portfolios ranging from residential, commercial, agricultural and industrial portfolios. I am also a fully qualified member of the Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners (STEP) a leading body of practitioners promoting the highest professional standards in the fields of will-writing, trusts, estates and other private client related issues which means he is also able to advise on a wide range of private client related services including tax, trusts and estate planning.
