CurrentIn this role, I performed a variety of IT tasks including POS repair, exceptional customer service, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of failed hardware and Point of Sale systems. I was responsible for managing trouble tickets, which involved providing comprehensive notes, resolution information, equipment information, and closure detail. I also ensured that all completed tickets were followed up with accurate and timely orders of necessary parts. In addition, I provided trouble ticket billing information as required.I set up, tested, and configured networks, desktops, and printers, ensuring that they were fully operational and functioning as intended. I used my technical expertise to resolve technical issues for clients, whether it be in person, on the phone, or through email. During my time in this role, I provided support to a range of clients, including Aldi, Catalina, Kroger, Simmons Banks, Trader Joes, and others.Overall, my experience in this role has given me a strong technical background and excellent customer service skills, both of which are crucial for success in the IT industry
