During my short time at Dimension Data I was responsible for the delivery of complex technical projects to enterprise clients.The first of these projects involved the one of the largest national communications upgrade projects for a Tier 1 carrier and one of Australia Major Financial Institutions.The second of these projects involved the delivery of a complex MOE deployment to over 2500 user nationally for one of Australia's larget Development organisations.

When I was first employed by BlueFire, I was brought in to assist the organisation in the delivery of projects to its clients. This was a very immature practice within the organisation at the time and I had the opportunity to transform the delivery of services within the organisation within this space. I was resposnible for the operations of the service desk and service delivery team.After a year, I became a partner in the business and was a key part of the senior management team in transforming the organisations service delivery model.BlueFire was a pioneer in the delivery of managed computing services within Australia. I was responsible for managing the design and development of the core network, server infrastucture and service delivery model in this space.This involved the establishment of two datacentres, termination of multiple carrier services both for BlueFire and its managed services clients (over 100 communications links), and the establishment of a complex hosted application environment.

During my time at AVJennings Homes I worked through a few different positions within the IT structure.I started off in desktop support and worked my way through to senior systems engineer. I attained my Novell Certified Engineer certificate during this time.I was responsible for implementing the enterprise wide antivirus solution, gateway filtering solution, wireless network, the setup of several remote offices, server upgrades and migrations, and SOE rollover.

Whilst working for TeleSystems I had two roles during this time. The first of these roles involved server, desktop and laptop hardware and software repair. The second involved database development, electronic forms based computing and business workflow.During this time I completed by Novell CNA and Citrix CCA.
