1. Receiving work orders from Costumer Support Service Department. 2. Distribution of tasks on all sections and determine delivery dates for Clients Shipments. 3. To confirm that a work process is progressing on schedule. 4. Coordinates, monitors and communicates with all the department heads. Develop and plan work schedules in various departments to ensure work is completed on time. 6. Troubleshoots problems to make sure that work process is on schedule. 7. Planning schedules for delivery of products to Clients. 8. Preparation of documents required for shipment and delivery of products to Clients. 9. Ensure quality of products before dispatching for delivery to Clients. 10. Processing general request from all departments. 11. Other duties as assigned.

 Initiate Sales from Foreign buyers through direct communication with clients and via trade exhibitions local and foreign. Handles product development from working drawing and specs and managing actual rendering of item development with costing. Preparation of required Proforma Invoices from acquired orders. In-charge of Production from procurement of raw materials to actual production with sub-contractors. Plan or implement material flow management systems to meet production requirements. In charge of Quality Control of production. In charge of packing specification, marking and labeling of products required by clients. Maintaining production schedule until date of deliveries. Execution of admin works, worker payroll, handling of petty cash and cash reimbursement required during production.
