It is my responsibility to ensure their safety, and daily tasks in every building's lobby or reception that I manage adheres to the standard procedures unique to their environment and building. Cecconi's Flinders Lane offers an elegant and relaxed dining experience with a menu that features Venetian inspired food complimented by a well curated wine list. It is a modern day classic Italian restaurant influenced by its heritage from the countries North. My skills are best described as an all rounder.I assisted with food and drink running, making basic drinks in the bar and assisting with ensuring our section waiters could perform their duties to the utmost of their capabilities. I ensured they could make rapport with their guests and create a memorable dining experience that would see them return. The menu boasts a three-course meal experience and I would assist with the minor aspects of the service such as setting, clearing and providing hands-on support.My specialty focus is in anticipating the flow of tasks and navigating a busy and ever-changing routine of tasks. I have great passion for organisation and excelled in completing stock-take and in providing assistance to my colleagues. I was honoured to be part of the team and given the opportunity to learn among some characters who were larger than life. I have a flare for customer service and considered the well-being and support of my team a part of that service.My role was multi-functional and I often assisted with duties outside of my job description. It was a great pleasure to work among the BOH and FOH teams and I look back fondly on my time at Cecconi's.
