Created and reviewed Cyber Security measures, implementations, and policies for Marine Corps Bases throughout the world.Coordinated to ensure the authorization of 18 specialized systems to meet RMF and NIST Standards.Developed and provided training for 500+ Users, increasing awareness and remote work capabilities. Built and configured enterprise network security measure for 2000+ Users and 20 Servers in a Virtual environment.Managed and monitored the compliance and vulnerability status with Tenable Nessus scans and Host Base Security Systems.Implemented NIST security controls and defense settings through use of Group Policy Objects and Powershell scriptingTrained and mentored 10 IT administrators in career management and basic cyber security policy.

Led an incident response cell of 3-members in support of military training operations and enterprise environments.Created the tracking and handling policy to ensure 90% of incidents resolved within a 72-hour window.Created and remediated vulnerability reports for multiple networks encompassing over 1500 systems. Assisted with authorization of 30 different IT plans, to conduct training with IT systems held to NIST and DoD standards.

Served as a regional Service Desk/Network Administrator; responsible for providing regional Incident and Event Management processes of a 24/7/365 Network Operations Center (NOC) and Tier II / III Service Desk supporting Marine Corps Installation Pacific (MCIPAC), Marine Forces Korea (MARFORK), III Marine Expeditionary Force (MEF), and subordinate commands located on 17 camps dispersed throughout Okinawa, mainland Japan, and the Korean Peninsula. I supervised a team of highly technical Marines while performing daily operations and ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, security, and availability of over 2500 BAN/LAN transport infrastructure, servers, and end user information systems across 4 networks providing regional services to over 20,000 users.
